L.I.N.C.S.
Leveraging Integrated Networks for Change and Sustainability
THE PROJECT:
L.I.N.C.S is a project to develop a rural regional workforce based on industry-recognized credentials and need in order to strengthen the economy and population in West Alabama. It is funded by a $2.5 million grant from the U. S. Department of Labor and the Delta Regional Authority.
The Division of Economic and Workforce Development required a logo to associate with this project.
The CHALLENGES:
Create a logo that is simple and that can fit all the programs involved.
That is why the arrow quickly became a good symbol to use, to show the overall desire of all the programs to move forward (expand job development, increase the manufacturing employment skill set…).
The final L.I.NC.S. logo.
