Logo Design
THE PROJECT:
L.I.N.C.S. (Leveraging Integrated Networks for Change and Sustainability) is an initiative designed to strengthen the rural workforce in West Alabama by expanding access to industry-recognized credentials and meeting regional employer needs. The project is supported by a $2.5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor and the Delta Regional Authority.

I was commissioned to create the project’s visual identity, beginning with the development of its logo.
THE LOGO:
The logo needed to be simple, adaptable, and representative of the many programs united under the L.I.N.C.S. umbrella. The arrow quickly emerged as the strongest symbol, capturing the project’s forward momentum and shared goals, from expanding job opportunities to advancing manufacturing skill development.
